I am 80 base and have way too much acc then I should have. I'm currently looking for a 8-10 str ic2, I have a zhelm, I have 10 speed shoes, 8att wg, I have all my weapons except for end-game, and maple earrings. All that leaves me confused on is armor. I currently have a 10 dex bathrobe mainly just for the speed. I am lvl 75 currently, and only have about 30-40m to work with, though I am working on a LMPQ mule. What should my armor be? STR top/clean bottom with STR? Should I continue my search for the elusive STR battle road? Should I get clean lvl 70 armor for the def? Or is there another option for me?

Don't search for a STR battleroad.. Not only are they ridicolously expensive, they are also extremely rare to come by. I'd just get a clean lvl 70 top+bottom set, both with str of course. Then at lvl 90 or 100 with, hopefully, a bit more money, I'd go with a 15-16 str top (shouldn't be more than 10-20mil) and a dex bottom with some speed.

Would it be worth it to get STR scrolled top, or DEX bottom with speed at lvl 70,or just clean with STR until I can afford end game neos?

Hm, finding a scrolled top/bottom for lvl 70 is very hard, seeing as most people scroll only commodore and neos gear.
