How to get the best amount of mesos? Notice that i'm in Kradia GMS. Also should i get PET or Reg hair/eyes? Which town got less chance of getting Starters(i mean start eyes/hair) If i would use a Reg Coupons? Thx for Advice :D

Gacha all at nlc, the new gachapon rates should be abused atm and sell for high before the market prices adjusts to the rates..! So take advantage and use all your nx on gacha.
