Question: The diference between vital and split?

| most people want outlaws but cant handle the slinger damage at early levels, so, using funds to try and jack up their pirate, they buy the strongest bullets they can. thats why. i got my slinger to 52 and mighty bullets were easy as hell to buy since there was not much demand |

| There's a lot of lvl 30 pirates trying to level which means more demand for split bullets. Not that many people can get to lvl 70 because of a gunslinger's "weak" damage. |
