Nope, your level or higher. Level 120's have a stricter req.

That's... Not a lot. Probably 2 seconds per monster, 3333 monsters, 6666 seconds, 111 minutes, about 2 hours. Repotting/chatting/etc, maybe 3-4 hours a day. And it's summer.
