| It's like I asked if i should go left or right, and the GM said, "Yes." After another Gm's reply stirred up some trouble on leech the other day, I logged my own ticket, including quotes from thier post, the Terms of Use, and Hime's post on power-leveling. I wrote a huge-long letter, but since the GM didn't even read the whole thing, I'm not going to force you to. This was GM Libra's reply: "06/24/2009 10:00:02 AM | GM Libra Greetings, Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team. What GM Shinoire meant in his response concerning the leeching was as follows. Most of what you understand about leeching from what i have seen you post in this ticket is correct. Once you leech by spending money, then this will be considered an illegal transaction and generally we do refer to this as power-leveling services through transaction of money from the real world. This will sum it up in a nutshell. I hope this makes sense and clears up any questions you may have. Sincerely, GM Libra Nexon America, Inc." If you guys want a SS I can provide it, but due to the response being so bleak, I felt it unneccisary. (Notice the missing commas and lower case i. that they don't even use proper punctuation goes to show how much effort they put into these repsonses.) In my inquiry I asked if trading leech for mesos was legit, and if trading mts nexon cash for leech was legit. I even provided common examples. Of course in her response she told me that trading real-world money for leveling was illegal, but I swear they've gone out of thier way to not answer the direct question: Is trading in-game money/merchnadise for leech a legal transaction? I give up. I leech; alot compared to most players to. I sell BF leech, am leech, leech my own char etc... If I get banned, damn. EDIT: Here is the ugly long letter I sent them =D "I have read you Terms of Use. All I have found is this: "...Exploit the Software, Cash Items or the Service for any commercial purpose, including the provision of "power leveling" services ..." I Have also read the post on Power leveling. This was the statement preceding the one on power leveling: "So just to be clear, if you are in game playing with a friend or other player and one of you is leeching experience off the other this is completely between the two players involved. You may be cheating yourself by wiping away the challenge of leveling on your own, but that's a choice you have to make." Specified by -hime- is that power leveling is an illegal transaction. "However, as soon as you exchange REAL WORLD money for this service then you immediately break our Terms of Use and your account could be subject to punishment." Power leveling is clearly defined as wrong, but leeching was not clearly adressed. The way I interpreted these statments, is that leeching is okay as long as real world cash is not exchanged. (Full quote in order) "So just to be clear, if you are in game playing with a friend or other player and one of you is leeching exper |

| My understanding of the situation is that NEXON doesn't care if you spend mesos, but does care if you spend real money on it. |

| Hey, point is, you got owned by their response. Who cares if they're not professional? They're replying to a guy whose technically up for being banned. Leech was never an intended part of the game. Nexon just ruined the system, with NLC pots. KMS doesn't have leeching, cause the % pots are limited. No one should be able to level so fast. You're the one not listening to them and picking at their punctuation. Like who does that? |

| hmm, it is pretty obvious that it isn't illegit to leech with ingame items and money. However, when you use real cash or nx, it is illegit. Btw, not putting capital i does not mean they put no effort, be grateful that your question was responded with a proper answer. |
