can you suddenly start laughing?

without watching anything funny, or remembering anything funny, just randomly start laughing? I sometimes do it for fun.

I don't do it on purpose, I usually jus laugh and then think of something. Like it hit me subconsciously.

I don't try to do it, but it happens sometimes, then when people around me start laughing because I'm laughing, it makes me laugh more x_x

i swear to god it just happend to me right now.When i laugh,i cant stop.dead serious,one time at my friends,we were playing hide n seek inside the house,and i broke down laughing for like....5mins straight.Idk.......it just happens to me all the time
