blizz question

i'm about to get to 4th job and leveling at a rapid rate, i have a lil question about blizz, what level can i one hit ko harps, 2 hit ko wyverns and 3 hit ko newts? or i'd rather do level 1 blizz and mw so what level should mw be to 1 hit ko? cuz i'm going with boss build with chain lightning my equips: wisdom staff 90 ma 4 int 2 slots left gonna scroll later 10 int overall with 9 slots gonna scroll later 5 int cape 2 slots gonna scroll later 6 int 9ma earring 8 ma glove thank you for your time EDIT: 685 ma with all my equips, my priest friend can 3 hit ko newts with level 9 mw, level 10 gen and my meditation :P so i wonder

you'll do 16-18k damage with 1 blizzard, which even cannot ohko blood harp. pure CL build is not recommended, you'll end up fall behide at ~lv130. My suggestion is, at least ohko both harps and/or red wyvern first, so that you can train fast and sell leech, you might need - 10 blizzard (don't go 15 or you might have a pot problem, i mean you cannot recover in 1 pot) - staff/wand 3 - get some MW if needed then you can start CL.

@ Kirby lol i like your old look better :P @ babywalk thank you^^ i'll go 10 blizz first but i cant afford a book to go 15 anyway, and no money for ele :P so i'll go 10 blizz, max cl, probably 20 mw if i can, ifrit and so on

At level 120, if you go blizz 10, you'll only have enough mp for 1 cast of blizz before you have to pot again. Keeping blizz at level 1 will allow you 2 casts before you have to pot. A lot of cheaper builds are maxing MW first to buff up blizz instead of actually putting SP into blizz because of the pot cost. I've never did it that way so I can't really say how good that build is =p

I have level 1 Blizz with a level 103 Ele Staff 3 and I 1 HKO Harps and 3 HKO Newties. I'm extremely conservative of my pot usage so I refuse to raise Blizz anymore than it is now. However, my MA is alot higher than yours if we were to compare at the same level.

I hate where I am now. I can semi 1-hit blue harps with level 1 blizzard and 3 MW, and like Celianna, I look after my pots quite well. My blizzard range is something along the lines of 23-29k on neutral using a 99/6 Ele Wand 3. My m. atk is something between 760 and 790. I seriously don't have a clue here, but I know it's there somewhere!

wow 4 of you have ele i feel left out lol so should i got 1 blizz 10 mw? since mw 20 are like 60mill in my server so i cant afford it yet, or just put into blizz till i can 3 hit newt? btw i'm going to do skele with my bishop friend if he's on so......

If you can't afford MW, don't get it. An Elemental Wand should be a much bigger priority. Also fyi, level 9 MW gives the same stat boost as level 10, so you might as well keep it there instead.

Yeah, get the level 70 ele3. It'll still boost your damage by A LOT and it's the cheapest I personally think you should go like 10~ blizz, then 9 MW, then whatever else you want, until you can afford the skillbooks. Blizz might be troubling because of pot money like a lot of people already said so maxing MW might be more effective XD

just like icemage11, i kept my blizz at level 1. It should be sufficient enough to train for a while =) What I did was I kept blizz at level 1 until i saved up enough points to go to 15 blizz (i didn't even get level 15 blizz until 13x though because I had level 1 blizz, and did a CL build). I never really had anything inbetween. Now I'm saving up points for level 30 blizz. It's NOT worth raising blizz if it doesn't make a hit KO difference

lol thanks shoebear xD i like the pawning chain lightning better since i am more of a bosser than a grinder :P
