Okay, so i've been training at Nest Golem an Newties. Great exp ! But i think there's poor spawning rates... Anyone has an idea of a spot with high spawning rates and about 6-7k exp ? P.S. I've 1HKO them since lv134

Skeles with a mage/bishop are the best exp. CGs are horrible for training since they've made them seal more.

I'm 155 and to tell you the truth for me bfing has gone sour for exp now I only do it for apples. CG(Crimson Guardians) is awful with how much they seal you.(not to mention how hard they are to get to) I skele with a bishop or an AM with an hs mule. That for me is the best exp. I also solo zak arms. but thats more for fun then exp :P.
