Adding Weather to maple

Another person posted this idea and i think it really should be added to most of maple. I mean Ellin Forest has rain =D

There's some of weather (sprinkled candy and such), but it's pay to use and only available in one map. I don't know what weather would add to the game.

at night thiefs get a super boost >:D Like +20 to all stats! morning ~afternoon mages get more attk? afternoon warriors get more atk and str :D pirates at midnightget haste and atk boost :3 and Archers at sunnytime get more acc and dex :D and avoid
