The untradeable branch nose ( ? ) which gives +X STR? And another question, if I got the item on one char in the account, and I wanna transfer it to another char in the account. Can I put the item in the bank and take it out ? ( after using the Karma Scissors )

Yes, you can transfer items through storage using the Karma Scissors, IDK about the branch nose, but I heard someone say that item wasn't tradable with scissors.

Yes you can put it in storage and take it out on a different char. I did it yesterday

if it says under the item like it does with zhelm, Karma Scissors can only be used once then yes ti can. If not then i don't think you can karma them away.I might be wrong though.
