Could anyone tell me how to find the place where you enter the PQ? I've explored but can't seem to get to it. I've found some person called 'Expedition Leader' or something but I can't talk to any of the NPCs in Ellin Forest apart from the potion seller.

go to very right and enter the portal, then you will see some big snails, continue to right and you will find the PQ
