Why dont Corsairs have any party skills?

Well i mean, do they have anything to make up for it? i think there the only class without a party skill

Paladins. AMs and theives also have pretty bad party skills.

Theives has haste which doesnt do much, but good for their dmg and bossing skills, which goes for Corsair also.

Corsairs have slightly higher HP then the other ranged classes. And they can pump out more damage, then the other ranged classes.

They have the highest DPS of all classes once on their battleship. What do you want, to give them HB/HS/Haste-like skills too?

Lol, they're the new 3rd job of Archers. When they had basically no party skills at all. Except for Corsairs... they're already 4th job.

Sairs already do the most damage in the came (at least on ship... lets not talk about off it :D) so the only way it seems to "balance" them out is to give them no party skills, though thats a turn off imo since that means Corsairs can only be there for POWER, nothing else. Even though NL's are basically the same (though their dmg is consistent (as in they only need L7 vs Sair Cannon/RF) so ya... Just think of yourself as a bum and be happy you arn't being yelled at during bosses/pq's for HASTE! or HS! or HB!. Its a great thing :D, sairs ftw :D

They are pretty much tanks when it comes to damage. Slow, but packing a large punch. Their overall DPM is what makes them not in need of a party skill. They are not dependent on a party skill to make them strong. Plus, they do have a party skill: MW.

I dunno why people care about party skills so much. I like not having any buffs. When I get dispelled I just press booster again while everyone else spends 4-5 seconds standing still recasting all their buffs. Plus when your buffs are more valuable to the party than your damage or support ability you're just a mule.

^win xD buffs are flashy and everything but.... are they practical? Especially against monsters like manon/griffey who just love their dispel you spend more time trying to recast your buffs than actually using them. It's a corsair thing to be proud of that you don't need 5 extra buffs from other classes just to do the same damage as someone else. If you really want to have a party buff, go make an SE or HS mule....

Go make yourself a Bishop/MM/BM/DrK if you want one. Our skills are our own and we don't need to rely on someone else's skills to be strong. And Hindiann: MW is Maple Warrior, which is a party skill that every class gets. link Every class has it, it does the same thing for all of them. So for the most part, it's like the forgotten party skill, since you don't really need a party to have it?

look at it this way do coisairs really train with a party or solo? all other classes need a party buff cuz they arent the solo type

Actually, NLs, BMs and MMs can solo very good. Archer class = Solo + Support Corsair = Solo only
