Negeative ele effects?

so there was a couple threads about negative effects on ele wands and how bishops would be mad about it what are the negatives exactly and why would only bishops be mad? o.0

i thought those threads were bs. i remember ppl bringing this up and there was a response saying that they would never do that in gms(response made by some mod on the nexon forums)

Couldn't you just read those threads? There is no need for another thread about them since the other ones already have it explained. (I am in no way flaming so don't flame me, please.) Basically if it isn't the right wand for your element it makes your damage 75%.

Therefore making it so they are only effective with the right elements. So if a Bishop hit 100k now, when the negative effect are implemented he will only hit 75k. Neutral attack WILL stay the same though. People complain: 1) Prices are too high 2) Their wands are gonna become horrible 3) Deflation of Ele wands is not good for current Ele wand owners of any class.

I believe it has not by multiple reasons: 1) Nexon never annouced 2) Archs are still whinning 3) Bishops are not whinning 4) FlowMotiOn has not use profanity on a megaphone. (Lvl 200 and his wand goes bye bye 0.o lol) 5) I have seen a Bishop with one equipped today (6/24/09)

An Arch mage that hit 100K without a Ele wand will hit 125k or 110k based upon if he has a F/I or L/P wand. EDIT: Look what Kazoo got me! link
