well i got the agent hat, earrings, shoes but does anyone know where to get the cape? i know you can get the overall from cassandra but i was wondering if anyone got any ideas. and i dont see how doing these quests help find master M's true identity!

lv 10 is +1 all stats lv 30 is +2 all stats Lv 50 is +3 all stat.

5th hat doesnt expired

There are temp versions and perma versions of all items except the shoes, they are temp only, the 50 overall is perma, theres a perma glove from badge quest, perma hat if u get 1000 total pq rush pts, and perma ear piece if u get 100 of the intelligence documents, i have NO clue on where to get the cape though.
