PC: 13 STR Permanent Nose

Back from the event with those Tree Saps, they also worked on my Permanent nose, so one turned out 17 STR ( on my sin) and 13 STR on my Bishop. I plan on keeping the 17 for my Hero, but I was wondering how much the 13 STR was worth. Also PC if they were already scissor'd and before they are.

ok 4 dex noxes are like 140mil so i would say 600mil+

I've yet to start up Maplestory. Waiting for patch to be finished, but I'll update that, as soon as possible! I'm pretty sure they can be though, I see no reason why they shouldn't be.

I dont think that they can be scissored. I have mine and there is no indication of them being tradeable. Really wish you woulda told me about syrups though =[
