Why cant I stay on for over 2 seconds?

Ok so I do the patch on my XP computer and my Vista laptop. I try logging on my XP one because I like using regular keyboards. Im logging in. I choose server. Channel. Character. I spawn in FM and bam I disconnect like 2 seconds later no matter what channel I do it in. I tried the same thing on my laptop (which is a absolutely different computer, 9 year difference) and the same exact thing happens there too. I check Nexons website but they don't seem to know about this. Can anyone give me methods on how to fix this? My 2xEXP starts in one hour and I'm trying to hit 3rd job by the end of the weekend =[

Well Redownload maple, becuase i heard you need the new HS shield so just delete your old maplestory and redownload it

same thing is happening with me, gonna try to find the new hshield folder to download somewhere. No way im waiting 2 overs for one folder to download.
