Is it just me or is the secret agent PQ pointless for low lvl ppl? I mean bc its 10 - 200 all ppl will invite to partys are high lvls! Is it just me or does that make it pointless for it to be 10 - 200?

You can get the equips permanently. Look around on SP or some other site. They should have a thread.

Is this the boss raid? If it is you can only invite people 30 levels in your range anyway.
