Talk to Agent E in town to teleport you to the Agent HQ. Prize is a pink tube, level requirement of 30. The tube is related to your job and is great for lvl 30 - 45 because of the stats. Also great if 10k exp is decent since it is repeatable I think every 2 hours.

Agent E is anywhere cept for ludi. Agent E appears and disappears often if you didn't click on GAGA for the Agent stuff. And for the JQ, you can use dark sight, so for thieves out there, use dark sight! It makes life a lot easier...
