They didn't get nerfed they're getting fixed. Negative effects will be implemented.

Frankly, you using a kage and an overall that requires luk, I doubt you could afford a 500mil+ wand bishop or not.

These non-lukless are complaining that they are taking the 130 wands... Also bishops mainly have the lightning/poison ones. Ice/fire wands will remain the same price.

Yeah the wands/staves will take away like 25% of your magic attack if it's not the right wand for the attack. So if you have an Ice Wand using Poison mist, it will do 25% less damage. But, if the attack isn't even elemental (Genesis) it takes away even more magic attack, which is why bishops are mad.
