Did the new world get 2 weeks of free 2x exp? When will they mostly get the MST? When will they moslty get to transfer to another world?

He said "Did the new ...." so that means past tense. He could be wondering about previous new worlds to predict if El Nido (or w/e) will have two weeks of 2x as well.

Well I was told there was a new world coming out (elnido) I guess, but I guess i was wrong.
