yes there is S rank. you can get it on ANY PQ. take the time to explore the whole game, do some quests, learn something for yourself instead of always just asking for the answers. the cake is a lie

S rank isn't something easily achieved, and definitely not something you find out just by "exploring the whole game or doing some quests." In fact, most people don't even know of the existence of S rank in PQs, obviously because they have never attained it, and you're telling them to figure it out for themselves? If that's the case, they'll probably never find out.

I'm not sure, but i remember a while ago, quite a while ago, when i did cpq we got 1500 points and got S rank when i expected A rank. So maybe shoot for that score? but this is just going off memory...
