Do you flip your pillow to get to the cold side?

My pillow cases and square sheet are both made out of fleece, so there is no "cold side" there is just a less warm side.

i flip it to the cold side and put it on my belly when it gets warm, i get another pillow

Definitely. But I also do love my arm to be under the pillow and it's not too good when it's warm. :[

That's why I have multiple pillows. I cycle through their "cold" sides till I fall asleep.

no I just roll my head around and find a cooler spot and just wait for that warm spot to cool off before I magically roll back in my sleep

i put my arm under my pillow so like when i flip it my head gets half a cool side and my arm gets half a cool side :D i have to sleep with my arm under to elevate my head
