Lost Neclace of Strength

Okay does anybody know how i can get the necklace of strength again. I lost it some how and now I can't job change without it. I've tried going back to Kryin to get necklace again but she doesn' t give me the option of fighting the clone again or give me another necklace. The 3rd job instructor keeps telling me to get the necklace before I can advance any HELP!
