No, it means u can create a lvl 30 any job account for 12.8k nx. Not making ur acc a differ job.

if u use this u can get a lvl 30 character right from the start. basically u bought a pre-leveled character.

Dont get it though...-.-...Its not worth it and its unfair. 12.8k NX is worth around 50mil and it takes only around 3-5 days to lvl to 30...
