Anything that can extract MP3 audio from a FLV file hosted on google's servers should work. Try something like link If there's a portable version of a sound editor, then that can do the job, as long as you open a .flv video and extract the sound layers.

i use Youtube Downloader , very simple but i think other converters take up less space O.o
