Do you think nexon will unban my acc?

soo a couple years ago, i made an acc which was my first one and then a hacker somehow got my info, hacked on it and got it banned. and i logged a ticket to nexon saying it wasn't me who hacked on it. do you think they will unban it? and its my highest lvl acc so i really want to play it :x sorry if this is the wrong section

Nexon did say �never share personal information with anyone� So About 1/1000 they will unbanned ur account. However if you show proof it was a hacker that hacked account you might get lucky.
