Ok so im getting bored of my bowmaster i mean: idk why but even if i did 1-121 all by myself, i dont feel anything special about being a bm and when i look marksmen lvl 14x+ they seem to be better then bm lvl 14x+ so im thinking i just made an error by clicking hunter... Im seriously thinking about quitting so im taking a break for the moment and ill see if ill continu. Is any1 ever feel the same as i do now? if yes what did you do? quit or continu? Can you give me any trick to help me kill boredness (<---- not sure how to write it (im french)).

If a game is boring you quit it find another game to play or maybe get rid of your square eyes?

I have been bored like you before, but i respect anyone who has the patience to get to 4th job as I have never acheived that. I have taken breaks or just drifted away from the game. Sometimes, if training is boring, become more involved with a guild, or bossing or your friends in the game. Also upgrading your equips used to give a spark to use them and keep training with them. Lastly, merchanting or trying to 'make money' is another aspect of the game. WHen i was bored training, for over two months I had a shop (I loved having shop) and did what i guess ud call merchanting. It is fun and satisyfing to make money and do good deals. And of course, after a while you get bored of that......and what do you know?.......you kinda feel like training again =] And the cycle goes on Good luck

BONJOUR sometimes i wish i was a bowmaster.............Honestly I just get ragged on (insulted) just because im a xbow, i get rude comments like "xbow sucks" and sometimes i regret it. But with a larger varitey of skills i find it very amusing. To me i look at bowmasters and think, hey they got speed and everyone likes them. Towards Marksman there was another skill that caught my interest to spark on more.Snipe and pierce :D oh so fun......

well what I've been doing is training a secondary character whenever I can't find a jnpt for my marksman, while I might be enthralled with the easy leveling of my newbies my heart lies with my MM.

Now he is a true MM cause even with variety he sticks with MM. To me i dont know what keeps me hooked. The 196k damage snipe or the 45k's by pierce. Personally i think MM have a much wider choice of skills to choose from such as frostprey and blizzard. You know what instead of looking at aspects of MM look at BM's instead. Look you got one of the fastest attacking speed, THE AMAZING ABILITY to pin pap. there are so many things i wish my MM has that BM do have...

I call it post job advance depression. Sense of achievement from advancement wears off, and you're left with a whopping 6 sp in your new skills. Of course you don't feel special. Most of my darker moments in maple come from experiencing new jobs. At lvl 30, finding out that testing lvl 1 bomb at pig beach is not good for health. At lvl 70, getting steamrolled while using lvl 1 strafe and feeling nothing like a ranger except in name. So either grit your teeth and keep going until you get a decent amount of 4th job sp, or take a break, play something else, and come back later.

on of the things that rly helps againest bordom is having a lot of friends to train with you. when you pick rendom ppl to train with, you dont talk alot, cause they dont really know you. that way the time pss foreverrrr.... when you train with friends, you always end up talking, that way the time flows~ If you still are bored, try to do something diffrent. maybe skall leech. quiting for 1 month could help a little :]]

Try changing places of training, or try getting a few new skills. just DB for ages, watching monsters fly away :D. When I got bored of LMPQing, switching to WR was really fun. That got boring, then I went to MP3, which was much more fun, as I could use AR properly . Now I'm trying Spirit Vikings, which is even more fun. Have some fun with your training Rhayn said: "I call it post job advance depression. Sense of achievement from advancement wears off, and you're left with a whopping 6 sp in your new skills. When I first got AR, I didn't think much of it - 50% was equivalent to AB's old initial.

Maybe it's that my attention span lasts until I'm well into my new job. I get bored midway; around 5x and 9x were my low points. I can't imagine getting bored of Hurricane after two levels.

You get so hyped up about new skills, you keep hearing about how powerful and useful they are, it's easy to forget that they actually aren't so great until you get around 10 sp in them.
