Is NX unfair? I mean clothes and accessories are fine, but what about 2xEXP,DROP, pets with auto pot,loot, gachapon and Meso Bags? For people who cant get NX, this would be unfair wouldn't it? With 2x helping you level faster, gachapon and mesobags giving you more mesos than those without NX? Discuss please?

Its definatly unfair but nexon is a company, making money from people who can buy nx is their bizz.

Yes, NX gives an advantage to those who purchase it. You can obtain NX via MTS if you don't wish to spend your $.

Having NX can give you an advantage but it's not necessarily an unfair advantage.

I thought this type of thread was already dead and gone...? Nx is basically to keep the game running free, since there is alot of people buying Nx that is. But if your contributing to the game then you should get benefits. Example: A job, if you do a really good job on something (Nx cash) then you will get a promotion ( 2x exp etc...).

It's unfair so what? It's like saying it's unfair that rich people have bigger houses because they paid for it. Nexon has also already tried to even it out with family rep, and MTS. Nexon doesn't have to make it fair it's their game. You might say that "oh without us maplestory wouldn't exist", other games ARE NOT free at all, and they do just fine, actually they're rich.

QFT, Nexon can do w/e they want with their game. Nexon isn't some fantasy, they need money to survive to ya know. Me being one of those top providers, not my bishop, my other characters.. We've had to many of these threads, flames and arguements eventually arise. Please let this thread die MODS /thread

Heck yes. Exp advantage. 2x drop to gain items faster advantage. Better looking advantage. Access to faster mesos advantage (Apq apples). Damage advantage (Aura rings or w/e). MORE MESOS ADVANTAGE (GACHAPON ASDFADSFAS.) Ability to sell stuff overnight (shop permits and other jack). Easier access to playing the game (Pets and their fanatical meso magnets and item pouches and playstation 2's and jeans and snow globes.)

Nexon cash is not unfair at all, I fail to see how it is when people choose to spend their own money to make they're playing experience different. If the users that do not use Nexon cash find it unfair, the answer would be that they do not choose to spend their own money. If people chose to contribute to the game, they should receive their share of benefits from the game creator as a sign of gratitude or fairness for paying for their gaming experience. It's based on the user's choice.

society is not equal, hierarchy is not equal, gaming is not equal and neither will maplestory be. there's ways to fork out cash for nx, dig a bit deeper if you want it. if you don't, then you just need to deal with it.
