i bought 30 dollers worth of nx with paypall but when i logg on and go to cash shop it says i dont have enough nexon cash but on the paypall section it says i hav e 30,000. i dont know whats going on please help me

Just wait for an hour or so, it might be lag in the cash shop or that they are checking your payment

If you're trying to buy the gold bags, you need NX from the cards.

ahh i see i was trying to gift to another character..... why does nexon make it matter if its nexon cards or paypalll.............T_T

Gifting you also need the cards because it gives you gift tokens or something. I agree, it's stupid.

Wait, did you go through the whole transaction and buy it on the nexon website? Or did you try to buy it and it's saying "not enough funds" or something? Perhaps you're using 30 AUD/Other currency dollars instead of 30USD?

About 2 months ago, i purchased 15k nx using paybycash.. I did recieve the confirmation email and it was confirmed, however i never did recieve the nx cash.

Well it might be too late now but I would email them about it even though you will 98% get the automated answer.

geze i had a problem with paypal too, apanlty i cant get nx becose my paypal info is wrong, but yet i was geting nx this way befor i loged in a ticket and all thay sead was that it was paypals folt, but yet i still buy stuff from other sites fine so idk i gave up on the wole thing, GOOD LUCK with your probems guys
