About two years ago I had an account different from the one I have now. I quit and rejoined recently, but forgot my password for the account. I can remember the account name, the PIN, the character name, but I don't have the password or the email address I used. Is it possible for them to do anything for me? The ticket website is down right now, that's why I'm asking you and not them.

No. The only way they can send you a new password is via the e-mail account you registered when you created the MS account. It's all part of their security arrangements.

I get this creepy vibe as if this guy is a scammer who got a hold of somones acount info and is trying to figure out how to get on the persons account... I mean like, how do you forget your email adress?

Yep. All I can think of us being a scammer. Who the heck forgets their email address. You must be a nut.

To be "charitable", he said it was from two years ago, and some people change their e-mail accounts like dirty socks, so it IS possible he really can't remember what e-mail address he used to sign up for Maple Story that long ago. Also I know people who have multiple e-mail accounts and create new ones all the time for special purposes like signing up for an online game. Doesn't change anything, he still can't get it.
