| I was at Stormbreakers, and there wasn't even any sign that i was lagging. i was at 3.3k and i was spamming drain on like 2 Stormbreakers, my hp wasn't going up, i was like wth. Suddenly my hp went to 400 and it started going up and i died. I respawned and my hp healed from the drain i was using. What the heck? |

Happened to me, but the wierd thing was, I only got hit once by a stormie, then hopped on the rope because of lag. When the lag finally subsided I dropped of the rope as a tombstone It was safe on the rope, I hadn't aggro-ed the storms to the left or right, and I was below the aggored ones by quite a distance, but I still died |

| This is probably caused by how maple works, as the damage the player taken is handled by the client (your PC) and any attack to monster is handled y the server (Nexon side). The logic (program code) to determine when a player die is partly handled on each side, the client will do the death animation (tomb stone dropping) when it receives a "death" message from the server, the server will send out the death message when its "internal" HP counter hits zero. SO your case is possible because of lags. |
