Ok, so I have just got back my level 100 DK that I lost to a hacker 2 years ago. He is no longer on the rankings I'm assuming due to the hacker... So I find this account completely useless although the hacker hasn't done the deputy star quest. I'm going to get the star before I leave the account. My question is: How much is the bigfoot toe alone going to cost (or do I need to buy the leech)

You do not have to buy leech. A toe itself is around 5m-7m.

As long as you said your buying the TOE and not the leech, you dont have to pay each time. If they are, dont accept it.
