So, i have a lil problem that i wanted to check with you guys. It started like this, i bought an 30-day 2x card everyday for 19k last month. A 7-11AM one. When i was going to recharge my NX cash, it said i have to wait until 18/6 cos i have already spent $75 wich seems to be the limit for each month on MapleStory. Sooo, the 18th i decided to buy another card of the same type. I recharged my account with another $75 and bought another one of that card. When i had bought the card my internet died. My ISP is currently replacing all the parts in their internet station. So from thursday until saturday i was out of internet. But late on sunday i finaly got on again. At 7AM i was waiting for my 2x to begin. Nothing happend. I checked my Cash-tab to find out that i haven't taken it out of Cshop yet. So i fixed it. Waited a bit longer, and still nothing. I checked that it said 30-days - EVERYDAY, and it did. I checked the time to make sure it said 7-11, and it surely did. The problem tho, was that i have gotten a 7-11PM(!) one and not an AM one. If i didn't have a job, i would be able to play at those times, but i work so i won't be home that time. Alright, i'll take the blame for not noticing it said AM. I honestly didn't have a clue that those times existed as i have never ever seen them before. So i wrote to Nexon, and hoped that they would be kind enough to change it from PM to AM, wich i don't think they will... I have spent a lot on MapleStory, and if they don't change it - i will surely stop playing maplestory. What i would like to know is: 1. Have you ever gotten them to change anything or in any form refund you? 2. How big do you think my chances are here? I'm sorry for any grammarproblems, i'm Swedish ;>

Dang dude, that sucks. I really don't see you getting a refund. You could try to log a ticket, but I don't see it happening.

But i mean, they wouldn't loose anything by changing it. But they'll loose a player wich also is a customer. I did, and i'm still waiting for them to replay. The other tickets that i have logged has been closed without being answered... I got no clue on what they're doing.

Probably won't I bought the wrong one a week ago (10 days everyday). Plus even if you did you'd get the following response.... They do a lot of updates and if people complain about something, they often fix it. Cos the players are their income. If they loose their players, they loose income.

takes me like half an hour to buy 2x cards... i live in england and always seem to screw the time differences up, so i have to work them all out...everytime

Last time they did servercheck, and i lost a day without any compensation. Day after that there was some issues, i lost another day, no compensation. And as i said, i know its my fault, but there's really no reason that they wouldn't change it from AM to PM. It wouldn't be a loss for them. And really, Nexon is a company. A company is supposed to make money, and to make money you need satisfied customers. Just by spending 1min, they could make me a happy customer. And i spend about $75 each month on MapleStory. They would be fools NOT to change it really.
