Ohkay, I'm a Level 102 Ranger, with Max AR, Max Strafe, 5 Puppet, 21 Hawk, 5 MB, 0 Inferno, and 0 Thrust. What do I put in next? I have 6 SP saved, since 101, and 102. BTW, at 105 I plan to Newtie Party.

The guide's don't tell you exactly what to put. They just tell you that it's up to the player and such.

Why did you stop at 5 puppet? You should've added 1 more point, that's what you should do right now anyway.
