Can't buy?

So, I just got NX from the MTS by selling my GFA 60% scrolls. After the scrolls sold, I immediately tried to buy the FM store (1.8k NX), but the 'Buy' and 'Reserve' button were blackened out, therefore I couldn't click on it. However, the 'Gift' button still worked. I tried gifting it to my mule, but that couldn't work either. Oh, and it's not just this NX item, it's ALL of the stores. But, for some odd reason, I can buy other NX items, but why can't I buy an FM store? I'm thinking it's either out of stock, or maybe it's a glitch. However, I'm not 100% sure. What's the real problem, Basil?

It's either you're too low lvled or your maple account hasn't been around for awhile, something like that.

Your account needs to be like 2 weeks or 30 days old to buy any shops. (not accurate about the day/months)

Oh, forgot to say that it's not my account, it's my bro's. And today's his 10th day. o.o I thought that maybe his account wasn't old enough, but he could buy Gachapon tickets.
