I don't know about Windia, but on Broa, 10% Claw Atk are worth almost 2 mil? I wouldn't 10% the Garnier unless you just have a lot of surplus income. I personally would just keep it for fun since you probably won't find many buyers. xD

Keep it, it'll be too hard to sell but it'll be a waste if you npc it. Keep it like a novelty item. f2
