I was wondering if i was gonna provide karma scissors when buying zakum helmet do I have to send the karma scissors to the seller or do I hold it.

i believe the seller buys and uses the karma scissors on the zakum helm to enable trade, and you will be able to buy it

You buy for the price of the helm + the meso exchange rate of the karma scissors cost. If you want to provide the Karma scissors yourself then be VERY carefull of scammers.

im guessing that they will buy the scissors and then sell the z-helm in shops or trade it for more meso

Just use trade or use a shop. Does anyone know if the Eye of Horus (MPQ necklace) is tradeable with karma scissors?
