okay ive tried to explain it straight out but i cant so I will start with an example im 'Y' and i notice a girl, 'X' so i think shes hot and nice but dont know for sure because ive never talked to her before. Okay all is good and i talk to her and then i find out she has an awshum personality and stuff so i get to like her and we become friends.... So im now pretty good friends with 'X' but dont want to ask her out because i value our friendship a lot and dont want her to reject me because then we may possibly lose or 'damage' our frienship so does anyone else feel this way? or is it just me o.O

Everyone goes through that "I like her/him, but I don't want to ruin our friendship" stage. Don't let it stop you, Keep in mind that friendship is the first step to an actual relationship. Well, that's how I see it :]

just don't mess up, don't be a jerk, and if you do things right, even if things don't work out you can still be friends.

All my long-term relationships started off with us being friends. All the ones I have one night stands with are just the ones with hot bodies that I can't see myself with, or randoms.
