Not very pro. Needs a Pac with 4 or more attack. Zhelm. Scrolled Neva. 10+ sets of ilbis are cilbis. 25+ luk sauna.

Just because you have quality stars, doesn't mean nothing, if your other equips sucks. He forgot to get a work glove. I don't know how much they cost right now, but sell a c.ilbis for like 60m, used them to get like 15 sets of tobis, and a 9 ATT work glove. Why not a PAC? If you sell off another c.ilbis, he could have gotten a zhelm. Anyways, no, he's not the ultimate theif. He just a thief that doesn't know how to manage his money...

The price of a C. Ilbi would've been enough to get a Z-Helm and a solid PAC. Plus he should get a Slain instead if he can. I give a R for effort. xD
