Merge the Chat and the Fun Section!

Many of us have made user-interactive threads, only to have them shoved into the fun section. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but the fun section threads aren't displayed on the front page. Most of us either browse the front page, or the chat page, or even the maple story regions, for those of you who still play, but rarely the fun section. Threads showcased on the front page often draw more attention, since it is evident that that thread is getting a lot of replies, making the thread seem interesting. Interesting doesn't necessarily mean "good", it just means it's something you'd want to read, and reply to. The Fun section isn't on the front page, making user interactive threads lose the public. My polls are out for now, so I'll just try and make a primitive poll. Merge the fun and chat section. Don't merge it. Don't merge it, but show "Fun" threads on the front page.

No, there is a reason why we have the fun section. It's because it allows users to 'post' things generally not allowed in the chat section. I'd like to see one 'band' of the fun section on the front page though.

If you want to play games, you go to the fun section. If you want to talk, you go to chat. A lot more people just use chat, so that's why its on the front page. Tech section could be considered "dead" too, since it is probably less active then Fun, but if it were a front page section, it would be full of people who don't genuinely want to spend their time helping.

Hows about not. There is a reason they created the Fun section. Let's not bring that crap back into Chat. If you can find room for it on the frontpage, go nuts with it. Just keep it where I don't have to look at it.

I remember the time before the fun section, I suppose I didn't mind the "fun" threads in the Chat section. But now that they have their own sections, I want the "Fun" to stay in the Fun section. ...I mean, I don't get why people constantly complain about it being inactive. If you want the fun section to be active, don't complain that it's dead, just go there! It's 1 mouse-click away! Just use the top menu, hover over forum, and then click Fun! The fun section doesn't HAVE to be dead, and YOU *points at anyone reading this post* can be the first one to change it!
