Whats the earliest level you can leech at?

I been away from maple for many months. My old account was Erawr (as some of you might know due to youtube) and it took him many months to get to level 90. But now I came back and I have found that "leeching" is available in this game now o.O. I restarted maple with a new acc and now I am level 24. However, I am wondering what is the lowest level to receive leech and how does leech work. P.S. Erawr got hacked D: Need new Bera friends!: Add JambaBox!

The term leeching is so generic though, you can leech at any level, as long as you're in a party and within the monster's level range..

you could technically leech at any level, but it's faster and cheaper to just train/PQ from 1~40

Level 26 w/ a PG mule. This is mainly for Bigfoot leech. You can leech at any level, but it sucks until level 75 (when you can start going to WS). At level 26 if you do go w/ a PG mule should level VERY fast...

actually u can leech at lv 1 xD make a lv 10 beginner mule that leeches all ur other guys for u but u need 2 coms for it to work :O
