15 Str top = 9mil = Good deal?

Ok so i saw this 15 str lvl 30 warrior top in the FM for 9mil and i just had a feeling it was a good deal... So was it a good deal? I bought it by the way. And also how much could i resell it for.

It's a level 30 top and it's mediocre compared to common 20 stat tops.
