Assaulter or BoT?

Ok, well at first i was thinking about just maxing BoT first but the i thought that assaulter could end up being really helpfull since it can stun and it ignores wep def, unlike SB. My BoT can already hit mobs of 4 and I'm pretty satisfied. I was thinking of getting Assaulter to lvl10 or 15 so then stun would be 40%/50% is this a good idea?

I started with 18 BoT and then maxing assaulter, but now with maps like typhons and windraiders, it's much faster getting experience if you max BoT first.

Max BoT. Max assualter first is pointless. 1250% per second (6 monsters, not that hard to get) I went BoT. Im 86 getting around 35% per hour at Gryphons. You could get about 25%/hour at water goblins or windraiders with bot at 76~85

max bot , then meso guard, assaulter is useless =) then max assaulter =P

i maxed assaulter 1st, thought it would be cool, then WR and gryphons came out. >.>.... max bot, get 1 assaulter (for travelling and ease of training), since it evens out at level 94. edit: stun might not be desirable, since it ruins mobs at gryphons.

Maxing BoT is really your best bet these days. It will be your main dmg dealer and the most efficient for training as a cb.

It's useful when an uninvited Typhons decides to haunt the platform you're picking up on, though. "Piss off you, I'm looting, can't you see?" Assaulter, Typhon falls to the bottom, you re-enter and it comes back up. But as a training skill it's no good there. Max BoT, then see if you want to mx Assaulter first, or if you want a good level of ME and Pickpocket. I picked Assaulter before those two.
