| There's a girl in my AP Physics B class (well school is over), but anyway, we were pretty good friends in the middle half of the year. We were hanging out a lot, and we sometimes went to New York to go to museums/plays (with friends of course). Anyway, just recently I really didn't have a chance to talk to her at all, with Tennis/AP Exams/Finals, it was tough putting a word in. The other day I tried talking to her, requesting some help with an Algebra project. Since I was tutoring in the school's library, I saw her sitting across the room, playing chess with some freshman. Anywhoo, I ask her for some help, "Shanny, can I get some help with number 4, I'm not getting the same solution." Her response was silence. Obviously knowing she was too busy concentrating on chess, I waited a few minutes, and then went to ask her again, this time, she was finished playing, so I asked her the same question. Silence again. no response. I get a little upset, so I grab a seat next to her and ask her again. And she just doesn't answer. There's no one she's talking to, so I nudge her a little, she finally turns and says, "Yes?". Kind of irritated, I ask her for help... she turns around and ignores me. Finally pissed, I get up, slam my chair in, and call her a (donkey-hole). She gets upset and walks out. All though I did react indifferently, she had no right to ignore me... Anyway, I don't take much consideration into that, so the next day in Phys. Ed, our psychotic teacher makes us play badminton; feeling confident because of Tennis, I immediately raise my hand when she asks who'd like to demonstrate how to play. Thinking I did a pretty well job, I sit back in our formed circle, and she "whispers", "What a showoff". Awkward enough, I'm wondering what made her say that, so I approach her and ask her why she was against me. [insert getting ignored here...again] . Anyway, when we start playing between students (2 at a net, first to 7), I get caught up in the game, feeling really happy, I actually lose track of the score, and apparently the friend I was playing with beat me, either way, we were still at it (it's kind of sad, but badminton is an awesome game). She stands up, runs to our teacher and accuses me of being unfair, showing no form of sportsmanship, and being selfish. The teacher calls me out, and tells me to get dressed, I was done for today, and I'd get a -1 off my average. Still a little angry, I don't hold much of a grudge, so me and the clique I hang out in (apparently she's in it as well), we go to the bus stop after a long day of finals prep. There, my friend jokes again about how one day he wants his self-made Protestant Papacy to expand. Doing so, he assigns roles to our group, after he points to all of our friends, I go around again and make parody of their names, and when I pointed at her, I called her the "Holy Hole of (you know)". Upset again, she rages off to the corner of the street, while my other friends look viciously at me. (It sucks when you |
