How to handle an annoying kid in my neighborhood

Ok well... in two and a half months I'll be a Sophomore in high school. There's this annoying little kid who's gonna be a 7th grader in middle school next year. He smokes pot, and he's really annoying. He thinks he's really fast on his little BMX bike when I can easily go faster than him on a Beach Cruiser. For some reason he came over to sit with me and my friend at Taco Bell and wiped his Nacho cheese on one of my favorite jackets, then he leaves and calls an insulting nickname for a cat. I catch up to him, but I don't do anything because I'm not violent. What should I do? He doesn't stand a chance in hell, I'm a lot taller and muscular whereas he's almost anorexic looking and maybe 9 inches shorter. If this kid keeps taunting me, I don't think I can abstain from hurting him. I'm pacifist for the most part. I'm not kidding around; I'm being 100% serious.

I'm not sure if I'd smash his bike or punch him; I'd spit at him and shove him but I will shoot him. I hope he enjoys tiny led BB's embedded in his arm.
