Where can I buy my next xbow from an NPC?

I don't want to have to buy one from a person, and I'm not concerned about it's weapon attack or anything. I just want to get the next weapon I can. Where could I buy it?

Go to Ludi...if youre talking about your 31 xbow, Ludi will have it

Common sense... Take the ship to Orbis from Ellinia, then to Ludi...

Orbis may have it. If not, Ludi definitely will. To get to Ludi take the ship in Ellinia (top right of town) to Orbis. Then go right and take the ship to Ludibrium. Note you'll have to press up to go inside a cabin on the ride to Orbis, or else Balrogs may kill you.
