Lvl 60 bow, 30% or 60

Ok so... i just bought a lvl 60 bow with 83 att and 1 slot... so... i bought a 30% and a 60%... wich one should i use? cuz the 30 could blow it up.. T~T or i could be safe with a 60%.... so.. wich one?

Pretty sure you're gonna wanna use a 30%. It's only a level 60 bow. If you're rich enough go for it. But a Lvl. 60 89 atk bow isnt even worth the $ for the scroll.

I would wait for a level 70 Hinkel to use the 30%. A good one is 80-85 attack clean so it would be 85-88 attack with 6 slots if it worked. Then you could 100% or 60% it to finish and have a 90+ attack bow instead of an 88.
