Best place to hunt for Esther Shield?

I've been hunting at Hoodoos for a while, both for the exp and because hidden street says they drop Esther Shield, but haven't found any so far. Is there any other place that has a better drop rate of them? EDIT: Alright, so Platoon Chronos it is. Thanks for the help :D

Platoon Chronos I think... My friend said he got 2 there during 2x exp last week. Or maybe he said Master Chronos... I don't remember. Edit: Just checked HS, it's Platoon Chronos that drop them. Also, leprechauns drop them, but they also have other great drops, so I suggest hunting Leps at "Creeping Evil."

No..... voodoos/hoodoos I was there on my brawler and the first thing I killed after entering dropped one. They are more common there then at platoon

i trained at platoons for like 10min and i found 1 and moved on to chronos and in another 10min i found a mystic XD
