JammiT is a good cpqer in khaini, even when he was like lvl 33 or 35 he took on lvl 45+ and lvl 50's in room 5 and 6 and won most of the time. He is a kinda pro mapler, playing since beta you kno 0.o...

lol pretty much every lvl 50 is a good cpqer it has nothing to do with the person but with the class and their equips you can make a quick instant evaluation of them to tell if theyre a good cpqer

The use of CP is most important to the evaluation of a good cpqer
