So basically, im just wondering if you use an apple and then Energy Charge kicks in, does that negate the att boost of the apple? Thanks to anyone that can help.

No, it doesn't. It only negates the pot if the pot has less effect than Energy Charge does. And if it does negate, it will come back when Charge ends.

i thought charge just adds to the damage ... ive used those pots NLC + charge and its always adds up together

it doesnt add up together i use 12 attack warrior elix and only adds 8 more attack with maxed charge not 20 + 8

Charge does not stack with anything but it will not overwrite anything either.
